Come this point in the summer, you may find us…or you may not! A fleeting glimpse, perhaps as we dash about the farm attending to our agribusiness on so many levels. First, the flower field has been hinting at an imminent massive explosion of colors and varieties. After the late planting season concluded mid-June, we await a “bloom boom”. Added to our regularly scheduled busyness, Mr. Boukay is, once again, making a go of our ubiquitous vegetable garden. Known for his tasty salsas and picante, our tomato and pepper bounty looks to be almost as copious as our assortment of boukays throughout the summer.
