And these all within the first week and a half of the month of May. The 2026 Boukay season has arrived! From now until the last frost of the season, it’s game time. This is what we plan for and have been dreaming about since Christmas.
Online sales, markets, deliveries, weddings, etc. LET’S GO!!!
So, this year, we’d like to better capture and serve our drive/walk-up clientele. In the past, we would place beautiful stems and boukays out on our Boukart. We then posted online notifications and set out the roadside flags to let folks know that they could get hand-crafted boukays by simply stopping by the farm.
Problem was that while these award-winning products sat exposed to the heat and wind on the Kart, the more peaked they appeared. Certainly not up to Kay’s standards.
Introducing Kay’s Kottage. We retired the Boukart, which served us well for 5 years and replaced it with a tidy 7 x 7 “bloom room”. Here, our fine boukays can chill in refrigerated comfort, just waiting for you to take one home.
